Meet Zeus - adopted
UPDATE 2-18-21: Zeus was so BRAVE today! and he rocked his first day at puppy club! Check out his report card and his puppy club pics above! Puppy socialization is so important and the most crucial window for socialization closes between 14-16 weeks. Today Zeus made lots of friends and ran like the wind around the Humane Society of Boulder Valley‘s training room!

Hi! I'm Zeus! I just arrived in Boulder and I'm looking for my forever home!
I'm a 14-week-old, 8-lb. Chihuahua mix male puppy and as you can see I'm quite a cutie. My awesome foster mom says I'm a love bug and a super happy guy despite my rough start -- so I promise lots of snuggles and fun!
I'm up to date on my puppy shots and I'm doing really well on my housetraining. I love to snuggle on the couch while watching TV, and I love to play with my fur siblings and my toys!
SDR is asking that applicants have another dog in their home - a doggie mentor who can show me the ropes in life and give me confidence. After all, I'm still a puppy and am learning a lot. SDR will give preference to applicants who have a yard.
For more info and/or to apply to adopt me, go to the top toolbar, click Adopt, click Dog Application; then fill it out and send it in. A nice volunteer from Summit Dog Rescue will get back to you as soon as they can.
