Meet Tomas - urgent need for foster or adopter

Tomas is in an urgent need-to-rescue situation. He just came to Summit Dog Rescue and we're learning more about him, so stay tuned here for more details soon.
All we know right now is he's a 1-to-2 year-old male, neutered and up to date on his kitty shots, and he's ready for his new home.
Tomas also needs a foster home and/or a foster-to-adopt situation.
