Meet Tundra - adopted
Hi! I'm Tundra and people say I’m a very handsome gentleman! True to my Alaskan Malamute roots, I'm really smart, playful and loving. Plus, my coat is a gorgeous combination of chocolate, silver and white — I'm ready for all your great cell shots!
I'm about 3 years old and weigh 80 lbs. I’m a happy boy and love to meet new doggie friends. People tell me I'm a real sweetie!
I’ve had all of my shots, boy surgery, and all those doctor appointments. I am crate trained, too!
Here's what my foster mom says about me:
"This gorgeous big guy is so appreciative to be here in Colorado! The humid heat of Arkansas is no place for an arctic hunk like him. Tundra is a tall pup and needs space, so his preferred home has a fenced backyard or easy (backdoor access) to lots of Colorado trails. No apartment living for this pup! Our handsome dude enjoys being with his people and other dogs, so we are looking for a home where he isn’t left alone all day during the week. He loves adventures and can’t wait to be part of a family. Who wants a loving, playful muffin in their lives? Apply for Tundra!"
Check out the pics my foster mom took of me at doggie daycare (in my slideshow above) and you can see me playing with my German Shepherd bestie, Boone. My awesome foster mom also did a video of me playing outside on a hike. You can see how happy and loving I am!
Yup, I'm a great playful dog and I can't wait to find my forever home! For more info and/or to apply to adopt me, go to the top toolbar, click Adopt, click Dog Application; then fill it out and send it in. A nice volunteer from Summit Dog Rescue will get back to you as soon as they can.
