Meet Milton
Meet Milton!
He's a sweet, snuggly Domestic Longhair/Maine Coon Cat boy who loves affection and playing. He's about 15 months old, neutered and fully vetted (including a microchip).
Milton is dealing with some health problems including an enlarged spleen and enlarged lymph nodes. So far it's been inconclusive as to what's going on. He may have irritable bowel, but we're not sure --- so we're testing him on IBD food to see if it helps. Adopters will need to keep his ongoing health concerns in mind. Here's a good article by Tufts University on enlarged spleen in kitties.
Milton is the cat of a lifetime. He loves dogs, cats and all people. He's quite energetic... and needs a playful, social home life.
Because of our kitty catio policy, we ask that whoever adopts him can create some sort of catio or window box for him to smell fresh air and watch birds.
Milton is so outgoing and is a really sweet and loving kitty who's totally easy to love. Even though he has health concerns, he deserves an amazing home with loving adopters.
Milton's adoption fee is $375. This will help pay for his neutering, transport from the initial shelter, veterinary care and foster care (he sure loves food!).
For more info and/or to apply to adopt this incredible, beautiful boy, send an email of inquiry to [email protected], telling us a bit about yourself, your home environment and your lifestyle. A volunteer will get back to you shortly.
