Hi! I'm Mason! I'm a very handsome and sweet Chocolate Lab on the lookout for my forever home. If you're a chocolate lover and a Lab lover, I'm your guy! I'm charming, sweet and easygoing. I love to be with my people and my doggie friends, especially on walks, hikes and couch time.
My ideal home will have another dog I can play with and a human who's around a decent amount, since I'm not a fan of being home alone 8 hours a day / 5 days a week. Who can blame me! I just love to be with everybody! I love my dog friends in my current foster home, so having another playmate will be pretty important for me.
I'm housetrained, trustworthy with free roam in the house for reasonable amounts of time, and I'm good in the car! Check out my very own video above where you can see me Sit and Shake and demonstrate one of my superpowers, the Commando Crawl!
Summit Dog Rescue is saying No Cats, please and thanks. I'm just too fascinated by them.
I'm about 3 years old and 75-80 lbs. They say I need to gain a few pounds and I'm happily working on that. I'm neutered and completely up to date on all my vaccinations, and not only that, I'm heartworm negative and good to go.
So if you're looking for a new lifelong best friend, give me a whirl as there's no one more qualified for the job! I'll try to be the best dog you've ever had!
