Meet Ginger - adopted

Hi!  I'm Ginger!  I was rescued in rural Colorado out on the plains, which can be a scary place for a little nubbin like me --- so some very nice people brought me here to the Boulder area where I'm looking for my forever peeps!

I'm a pint-sized snuggle bunny - mostly Chihuahua but they think maybe some Dachshund because of my adorable feet. I was born with a heart murmur, but that can be fixed.

I'm about 7-8 lbs., and was born around November 2017, so I'm still a puppy! When I meet people for the first time I'm understandably a bit shy until I learn that I can trust you, and then we'll be BFFs!

My amazing foster mom and the volunteers at Summit Dog Rescue are learning more about me every day, so stay tuned to this website!

In the meantime if you want more info, and/or if you want to apply to adopt me (which I'd love!), go to the top toolbar, click Adopt, click Dog Application;  then fill it out and send it in. A nice volunteer from Summit Dog Rescue will get back to you as soon as they can.

Oh!  And check out my very own video on YouTube, made by the awesome folks at Summit Dog Rescue!
