Meet Forrest! This handsome 8 month old Shepherd mix is a goofy sweetheart, weighing in at about 55 lbs. Forrest is neutered, up to date on all of his shots and fully house trained. 

Like any puppy, he does get spurts of energy so he would do best in an active home where his mind and body can be stimulated. Forrest has not lived with cats before but loves dogs of all sizes and would enjoy another dog in the home to play with. 

He has learned many basic commands quickly and is eager to please his people so having someone that can continue his positive reinforcement training is a plus. 

He loves hiking and exploring with his foster Mom and going to doggie daycare. Sometimes Forrest gets nervous about being alone or being in a new environment with new people but comes around quickly with assurance from the people he loves and trusts.
