Meet Clifford - adopted

Hi! I'm Clifford! I just got rescued, and SDR thinks I'm a Golden Retriever/Leonberger mix looking for my forever home. Could it be with you?

I'm 60 lb. and still growing, and people say I'm a rather good lookin' guy! I'm all smiles and a real goofball, and I have a reputation as Mr. Social Hour at the dog park -- I love other dogs and I love people. Not only that, it's my firm belief that everyone should have a dog named Clifford in their life --- my name makes people smile!

Where I came from, someone didn't take care of me very well -- but now I'm getting all kinds of great stuff:  I had a bath, ate out of a snuffle mat, took a walk along Boulder Creek, and I'm getting tons of lovies from my awesome foster moms. Today they'll take me to a real live dog groomer who'll make me look even more handsome, and they say my tail just doesn't stop wagging!

I'm untested with kitties, and definitely a success with people. Check out my awesome foster moms in the slideshow above making a Clifford sandwich with me happily in the middle. And in my very own videos you can see how much I LOVE to play!

I just arrived in Colorado and I'm loving the mountain air and all the wonderful people here! Maybe you're my forever Wonderful Person?

Keep checking here for new info as it comes in. In the meantime if you want to know more and/or to apply to adopt me, go to the top toolbar, click Adopt, click Dog Application;  then fill it out and send it in. A nice volunteer from Summit Dog Rescue will get back to you as soon as they can.
