Meet Chip - adopted

Hi!  I'm Chip! I'm an adorable floofy guy who ended up on the streets for some unknown reason, and the nice people at Summit Dog Rescue stepped in to find me a great new home. I'm learning to trust the kindness, lovies and snuggies of human angels who are here to help get me back in good shape!

Here's what my wonderful rescuers are saying about me:

"Chip doesn't know it yet, but his days are about to get a lot brighter and a lot less painful after his surgery to remove the remaining broken canines (with exposed roots-ouch!) after he fought off something BIG that also left him with some puncture wounds on his face.  Living on the streets is too rough for a cute orange fluff like him!  He was found abandoned living on the streets in Erie, Colorado, all on his own.

"Chip is about 5 years old.  He is still pretty scared and is looking for a patient, loving, quiet foster or adopter to give him the life he hopes for!  Chip is FIV+.  That means he can still live a very long life;  he just needs to be an only kitty or live with other FIV+ cats.  (He seems to get along with other cats!)"

I'd love to find a place to heal and learn that life can be good again. Are you my new special person?

For more info about me and/or to apply to adopt me, go to the top toolbar, click Adopt, click Kitty Application;  then fill it out and send it in. A volunteer from Summit Dog Rescue will get back to you as soon as they can.
