Meet Biscuit! He's a wonderfully sweet 1-year-old neutered orange tabby looking for a Boulder area foster or adopter.
He's brand new to Summit Dog Rescue and we're learning more about him every day -- but we've already figured out he'll give you lots of soft snuggles. We'll update this post as soon as we have more details.
