Meet Aslan and Tiger Lilly - adopted
This beautiful bonded pair of young kitties were abandoned when their human had to move during the big Texas freeze. It wasn't their fault that Texas has an electrical grid that is not part of the the national grid system, and the entire state got hit by a climate change induced abnormal freeze.
So we took these awesome cats into our program and we couldn't be more grateful that they found us. These are gregarious, fun, friendly cats who looooove to play.
Aslan is the 6-month-old Flame Point Siamese male. He is friendly, loves to cuddle when the day is done, and hasn't met someone he does not like.
Tiger Lilly is the gorgeous 1-1/2 year-old Calico girl who is always inquisitive and up for fun. She has an extra toe and an Egyptian grace that makes you feel like you have potential royalty in your home.
These two are young, easy going, and sweet, and they would really love a window catio (fairly inexpensive online) so they could watch birds and nature.
They live with a Great Pyreness dog (90 lbs.) and enjoy canine companionship as long as the dog is respectful.
SDR needs a foster or adopter in the Boulder area, please and thanks.
For more info and/or to apply to adopt this wonderful pair of kitties, go to the top toolbar, click Adopt, click Kitty Application; then fill it out and send it in. A nice volunteer from Summit Dog Rescue will get back to you as soon as they can.
