Meet Fergus - courtesy post
Boulder County Area Only
Required:
This is Fergus. He is a 15-lb., 8 year-old Terrier mix, fully house-trained.
Fergus is a true Terrier: smart, vocal/expressive, sweet, aims to please, wants to fit in, and has some fears/anxiety (loud noises, quick motion). He likes to cuddle & hang out in his beds. He has an adorable snaggletooth smile, wants to be wherever you are, and will quietly sleep by your side while you work, do yoga, etc. He is thrilled to sleep by you at night. He always wants to be with his dog or human pack; he does not like being left by himself at this time. He understands crates and is fine with free roam of the house.
Fergus is scared of alpha & intact males (including puppies) — especially male herding breeds. He is not a candidate for off-leash trail hiking but has great recall in safe environments.
Fergus would thrive in a quiet, female home with no cats/children, or with the right couple (gentle male) who are home often. He likes toys and playing with his siblings. He is great on walks and is very treat motivated. He shies away from being petted by strangers.
There will be a $300 adoption fee for Fergus.
If your home fits the above profile and Fergus is of interest, please reach out to kgrosland@gmail.com. Thanks.
