Meet Alex!  - courtesy post

Alex is a rescue puppy from Southern Baja, Mexico who is now in temporary foster care in Boulder, Colorado. So much love, care and effort has been put into this 9-month-old Black Lab mix.

He has traveled all the way here to Colorado to find his new home and family. Alex is bright, curious, friendly and naturally a warm and loving dog. He is very happy to meet new people, including children and other dogs. He has not yet had the opportunity to meet any cats. Alex would do very well as the only dog in the home, but because of his playful and gentle nature, he would also be great living in a household with other dogs or children.

Alex loves going on walks and doing outdoor activities. Since so much is new to him in our Colorado environment --- bicycles, joggers, busy roads, etc. --- Alex could use a bit more time and care to make the transition into his new American modern life. He will likely be a bit timid at first, but one he relaxes and knows where he belongs, his very affectionate and fun-loving nature will shine through, and you will have a very loyal friend!

Alex is neutered and up to date on his shots. This is a courtesy post as Alex needs an immediate permanent home --- his foster mom is leaving soon to return to her home in Baja, and we're all pulling together to find his new, bestest home ever!

For more info on how to adopt this darling boy, contact Natasia Rutowski at 720-438-9259.
